... is an A, which means I officially have a 4.0 GPA for my first semester!

Hoorah - I'm not an imbecile, I'm not, I'm not! I'm not an idiot for attempting my MA! I can be smart sometimes, too (How about that for a bit of self esteem stroking?)!

The grade still isn't officially turned in yet, but my term paper was sent to me via campus mail (sometimes it's great to work here) and I got an A on it. Considering I got full credit for everything else I turned in, and I assume my class participation is fine (hell, she could hardly get me to shut up half the time), I'm taking that to mean my grade is on its way to being entered.

I should buy myself the mini ipod as a reward. ;)

WC ruminations )

So now it's my turn to issue a general apology. For my part in last month's happenings, or for wrongs done in the past. If I've ever injured you, I'm sorry. I try to be a good person, but I mess up a hell of a lot of times. If by my commission or omission I've wronged you, I apologize from the deep recesses of my heart. I'll try to be better in the future.
Just talked to Keely, who talked to Xan, who said he could get me a mini ipod at the store his discount. Cha-ching, baby. And she agrees with my current thinking that small/cute/sassy far outweighs the extra memory. Who really needs 3,500 songs available to them at all times, anyways? (Besides, Bryan, of course, who has a whopping 5,000+ song capacity on his ipod, and has it completely filled. But as we've all discussed several times over, he's a freak of nature.)
