Freaking email!!
Feb. 3rd, 2004 09:03 amOur email servers at work have been down since Sunday, as well as the faculty/staff shared drive. This is a major catastrophe because I do 90% of my work on email or from stuff stored on that drive. It's shut down, I think, because of that MyDoom virus going around.
We just got word that they're going to have to build new mailboxes for all of us using the server, and we'll be able to get mail from today and yesterday, but not from earlier.
Bastards!!
I rely on my previous emails to remind me of who students are and what issues they're specifically concerned about - even what programs they have questions about or are interested in applying toward. This is such a major PAIN IN THE ARSE.
