One of my dearest friends is getting married on the 17th of next month, yay! By way of background, I adore C and actually introduced her to B back in our sophomore year of high school. I know them both really well, and I'm truly happy that they decided to finally get married (they've been together as long as Bryan and I have been). They're planning to visit the justice of the peace in the afternoon, and then have sort of a celebratory dinner for a bunch of us in a local restaurant. It's not a formal shindig, nor is it going to be filled witha lot of the hoopla that most weddings have, but it's going to be very Them, so I'm excited.

So I'm going to enjoy taking my time and planning this out. Yay for the pretty.

Feel free to ignore - just instructions for the bouquet.

Another reason I love Bryan. In the middle of a message about the most tedious/normal/blah subject suddenly he'll go and make me laugh. Make me laugh right out of the blue. Just got this via email:

Not sure. If we mount the table around counter height, which is 36" (37" in our case), the knee space would be about 35-36" clear. We'd probably want the seat 8-9" below that. That would be a stool height of 26-28". Ideally, we'd mount the table at 36" and have seats at 26" (10" to accommodate the thickness of the table and space for a person's legs). They probably don’t sell a 26" one. We could go with a larger one and raise the table a bit. You're probably right – the 24" inch ones sound a little small. "little small" :)

"Little small." The boy kills me.
